Rod-use needle roller and cage assemblies K, KZK, KBK Bearings
We are manufacturers of needle roller bearings, needle bearings, roller bearings that are used for shaft size 10mm to 70mm, used in automobile, textile & general machinery.
Automotive Needle Roller bearing are used in applications where compact size is required and radial space is limited. This is because these needle roller bearing only carry pure radial load and can not limit the axial displacement of shaft relative to the housing.They have a smaller cross-section, higher load-carrying capacity and greater rigidity, which in turn gives size and weight reductions in machinery. We emerge as manufacturer and exporter of a vast range of needle bearings available in different sizes and tolerances for various applications.
Our Needle roller bearings and cage assemblies are available in single/double row, solid/split cage and metric as well as inch sizes. We also offer connecting rod bearings for special applications. Single and double row bearings are available with/without ribs, and with/without inner rings. Thrust bearings are available in single row roller and cage assemblies.

Product Precision Accuracy:
Mutual difference of needle rollers is 2μm, and the precision class is G2 (ISO GB309).
The assembly nominal width Bc is -0.20 for upper deviation and -0.5 for lower deviation.
It can also be defined according to the special requirements of customers.
Materials:
Material for needle roller is GCr15 bearing steel.
Material for cages can be quality low-carbon steel, low-alloy steel and reinforced nylon according to different occasions and requirements.
Special Directions:
The width of axial location is based on the assembly nominal-width Bc and conforms to the tolerance defined in H12 regulation.
When plastic cages are used (suffixed with TN), operating temperature is not allowed to surpass +1200C during continuous work.
Standardized shaft and bracket-hole tolerance should be chosen and internal running clearance of standard radial can be achieved by utilizing standard needle rollers.

The rod-use needle roller and cage assembliy is maninly used for engine,compressor and other crank huide.
The designation of the rod-use needle roller and cage assembly is composed of letter and number.The letter KZK reprents crank pine assembliy and KBK represents piston pin assembly.
The needle roller and cage assembly for KZK crank pin adapts M-type cage with relianle performance.It has special requirement.The surface of the cage can be silver-plated or copper-coated.
The needle roller and cage assembly for KBK pistion pin is different from KZK.It is internally guided on the piston pin,thus increasng the leagth of needle.
